A core element of the retreat is understanding why temples affect us the way they do. Through guided teaching and embodied practice, participants explore how stone holds memory, temples mirror the human body, architecture influences consciousness, and how remembrance integrates through the nervous system.

Yes. Most travelers need a tourist visa. You can obtain one upon arrival at Cairo Airport or apply online for an e-visa in advance. We recommend the e-visa for smoother entry.

Yes. Aswan and the Nubian villages are peaceful, welcoming, and safe. You will be traveling with a trusted local guide (Abu Sofyan) and our group at all times.
Comfortable walking shoes & sandals, light breathable clothing + scarf/shawl for temples, swimwear for Nile bathing, journal, personal medicine, reusable water bottle, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, insect repellent, and white or light-colored clothing for ceremonies (optional but recommended).
Each retreat is limited to 10–12 people maximum to ensure intimacy, personal attention, and a deep transformational experience.
Reserve your place with a $500 deposit (non-refundable, transferable within 12 months). Choose 2–3 installment payments for the balance. Final payment is due 30 days before your retreat begins.
Deposits are non-refundable. Balances are refundable only if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the retreat start date. Within 60 days, balances are transferable to a future retreat within 12 months.
