Cancellation Policy Appointments exceeding booked online through site are required to put a prepay for appointment with a valid credit card number in order to hold the appointment slot.
We require a 24 hour NOTICE FOR cancellation. Otherwise, same day cancelation has a 40% service charge and, a client who is a "no show" will be charged 100% of service value.
Complaints If you feel uncomfortable or are dissatisfied with the service provided by an Esthetician or Therapist, you should advise them to to stop the service no more than 10 min. after start of session.
