Cancellation Policy

- Appointments exceeding $60 are required to put a Credit card number down in order to hold the appointments. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice if needing to fully cancel. Otherwise, same day cancel is a 50% charge and a no show is 100% charge.

Dissatisfaction

- If you feel uncomfortable or are dissatisfied by the service provided by an esthetician or massage therapist, you should tell him/her to stop the service after 15 min. of the session. We can compensate you by giving you another same service with a different esthetician or massage therapist.
